It is Promox’s belief that ethics in conducting business is a condition for the success of the company and a tool for promoting its image, the latter element representing a primary and essential value for the Company.
To this end, Promox has decided to adopt a corporate code of ethics which, in line with the behavioral principles of loyalty and honesty already shared by the company, is aimed at regulating, through behavioral rules, the activity of the company itself by setting the general principles with which it must comply.
With minutes dated 10.16.19, the Board of Directors of Promox SpA resolved the adoption of a Management and Control system compliant with Legislative Decree 231/01 which regulates the administrative responsibility of legal entities, companies and associations even without legal personality” , which includes a Risk Assessment, a Management and Control Model and a Code of Ethics.
In consideration of the specific company reality, the Promox Board of Directors deemed it appropriate to establish a monocratic Supervisory Body composed of an external consultant with specific and in-depth legal skills, with particular reference to the matter of Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The adoption of this Management and Control System is functional to the valorization of the principles underlying the work of Promox SPA and aimed at spreading the culture of legality, ethics and transparency.
In compliance with the law and in compliance with the provisions on whistleblowing, the Company provides a specific email address which protects the whistleblower by guaranteeing their anonymity.
Therefore, any reports of violations of laws or regulations, policies, rules or company procedures may be addressed not only to the specific email addressed to the Supervisory Body (odv@promox.eu) but also to the protected address whistleblowing.promox@gmail.com.
