PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS

The Data Controller processes the data voluntarily provided by you (name, surname and e-mail) to respond to requests of an information and/or commercial nature. The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is the execution of a contract of which the User is a party, or the performance of pre-contractual activities at the request of the User.

PROCESSING  METHODS

Data processing for the aforementioned purpose it takes place with the use of electronic or magnetic support and paper support, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security established by law, by the consequent regulations and by any internal provisions.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION

The provision of personal data relating to the processing is optional. However, failure to provide data, in whole or in part, will make it impossible to respond to user requests.

RECIPIENTS OR ANY CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

The treatment of the data is carried out by internal personnel of the Data Controller (employees and collaborators) identified and authorized to process according to instructions that are given in compliance with current legislation on privacy and data security. The user’s personal data are not disclosed or communicated to third parties.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

As part of the management of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship, no transfer of User data to third countries outside the EU or to international organizations is envisaged.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The User’s personal data will be processed and stored by the Data Controller for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they were collected.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In your capacity as an interested party and in relation to the treatments described in this Information, the User

Has the rights referred to in articles 7, 15 to 21 and 77 of the GDPR and, in particular, the:

  • right of access – article 15 GDPR: right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning the User is being processed and, in this case, obtain access to such personal data, including a copy of the same;
  • right of rectification – article 16 GDPR: right to obtain, without unjustified delay, the rectification ofinaccurate personal data concerning the User and/or the integration of incomplete personal data;
  • right to cancellation (right to be forgotten) – article 17 GDPR: right to obtain, without unjustified delay,the cancellation of personal data concerning the User;
  • right to limitation of treatment – article 18 GDPR: right to obtain limitation of treatment, when: the interested party disputes the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of such data; the processing is unlawful and the interested party opposes the cancellation of personal data and instead requests that their use be limited; the personal data are necessary for the interested party to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court; the interested party has opposed the treatment pursuant to 21 GDPR, in the waiting period of the verification regarding the possible prevalence of legitimate reasons of the Data Controller with respect to those of the interested party;
  • right to data portability – article 20 GDPR: right to receive, in a structured format, in common use andreadable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning the User provided to the Data Controller and the right to transmit them to another Data Controller without impediments, if the treatment is based on consent and is carried out by automated Furthermore, the right to obtain that the User’s personal data be transmitted directly to another Data Controller if this is technically feasible;
  • right to object – article 21 GDPR: right to object, at any time for reasons connected to your particularsituation, to the processing of personal data concerning the User based on the condition of lawfulness of legitimate interest or the execution of a task of interest public or the exercise of public powers, including profiling, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Data Controller to continue the processing which prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in Furthermore, the right to object at any time to the processing if the personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, insofar as it is connected to such direct marketing;
  • right of revocation – article 7 GDPR: the User has the right to withdraw his consent at any Thewithdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent before the withdrawal;

The User can exercise his rights by sending a registered letter with return receipt or email to the Owner described above.
